This is a very fast-acting potency agent that can have an effect in about 5 minutes.

GoldMAX Instant Premium is an oral melt in the mouth tablet that dissolves under the tongue without the need to swallow. It is absorbed into the bloodstream and is therefore more effective than capsules.

It contains natural PDE-5 inhibitors with more gentle effect

It should be taken as little as 5 minutes before sexual activity, with or without food.

GoldMAX Instant Premium works by improving blood flow to the penis to help men get or keep an erection.


Use / instructions

Be sure your hands are dry when you open the packet, and place the tablet under your tongue right away.

The pill should be placed under the tongue about five to ten minutes before sexual activity. This allows the tablet to dissolve (and enter the bloodstream). Max 1 tablet daily. Do not exceed one tablet within 24 hours. Do not chew or swallow with water.

Not intended for use by persons under 18 years of age.
